ПОРЯДОК БРОНИРОВАНИЯ

The room booking procedures at the TETYK Hotel Apartments Complex have been specified so that equal and fair treatment of our members may be ensured but also transparency. 

Some of these procedures are followed either during summer or winter period, while the other ones are applicable to both periods. 

 1. OPERATIONAL PERIOD DURATION 
1st May – 31st October

2. ROOM CHARGES
The stay and service provision charges for the current year are stated in detail under the link Charges.

3. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS 
All the applications should be faxed to the TETYK Hotel Apartments Complex: +357 23831747.

4. STAY DURATION 
All the applications for the summer period should focus on a stay between 3 and 7 nights.
The arrival / departure day are not prefixed. 

Applications to stay less than 3 nights will not be considered unless there is availability of apartments after having considered the regular applications. 
During the remaining period of the year, the colleagues may be lodged as many times as they wish and for an unlimited duration, provided there are available rooms. 

5. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE HOURS
The arrival hour is fixed after 15.00 while the departure hour is fixed before 12.00, in order that the Hotel cleaning staff may be able to clean and get the rooms ready for the coming guests. 

Only during the remaining period of the year the above hours may be extended, following consultation with the Hotel administration, provided it can be done after considering the bookings. 

6. APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS
A specific procedure will be followed during summer period, which will be announced through the TETYK circulars accordingly. These circulars can be found under the link Circulars. 

During the remaining period of the year, the applications will be approved as per a priority order according to their submission date, the dates and the number of the stay days as applied.
 
7. PAYMENTS (VALID FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD ONLY)
The colleagues will be updated about the prepayment amount that they need to settle either by crediting the TETYK LTD accounts kept in all the commercial banks or with their credit visa card always in consultation with the Hotel Reception, upon receiving a confirmation of their bookings. 
 
8. COLLEAGUES WITH LARGE FAMILIES 

The TETYK gives to the colleagues – ETYK members who have large families – a 20% special discount on the stay overall amount, provided that they will present the card of father of large family, they are holder of to the Hotel Reception timely. 
The colleagues, who are fathers of large families accompanied by more than 4 children, are entitled to rent 2 rooms simultaneously. In this event, more than 20% discount is given for the first room and an additional 50% discount is given for the 2nd room.
 
9. BENEFICIARIES
All the ETYK’s members and their families (spouses and children) are beneficiaries of a stay at the Hotel Apartments Complex. Former colleagues, members of the ETYK may also be beneficiaries of a stay, by paying the same fees, which are valid for the members too, provided of course that there are available rooms.
Note: The right to use the apartments is not transferable to another person either beneficiary or not.  

10. ACCOMODATION OF NON BANK EMPLOYEES
Non-bank employees accompanied by colleagues may benefit from accommodation in separate rooms, only during the remaining period of the year, provided that there are available rooms and that the colleagues, members of the ETYK will not deprive of their priority right. 
 
11. CAPACITY OF APARTMENTS
The maximum number of persons who can stay in the studio apartments is three. A 5-member family may stay in a 1-bed apartment.  
Note: accommodation is not provided to persons who have not been mentioned in the stay application initially submitted at the Hotel Apartments Complex and no approval has ever been given to.  

12. CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation or change brought in the already approved applications should be submitted for approval in writing timely and be forwarded to the decision-makers on behalf of the Hotel Apartments Complex for further approval.  

A cancellation for the summer period should be notified to the TETYK at least 8 days prior to the planned arrival date in order to be valid, while such a cancellation for the remaining period of the year should be notified at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. 

Note: In the event of cancellations or changes emerged after settling the prepayment, the amount likely to be reimbursed to the beneficiary and the reimbursement method will be decided by a subcommittee in charge for each individual case.

In the event of cancellations emerged in delay or without any advance notice or changes in booking made without being approved by the TETYK approval body, the whole or part of the prepayment amount is likely to not be reimbursed. 
 
13. IDENTITY VERIFICATION 
The colleagues (who have booked a room in their name) should (if requested to do so) present their identity card upon their arrival at the Hotel Apartments Complex. 

14. RUNNING RULES AND REGULATIONS
The colleagues and their families should, during their stay at the Hotel Apartments Complex comply strictly with the Hotel Apartments Complex Running Rules and Regulations (link Running Rules and Regulations)
