Booking Process

 

The room booking procedures at the Hotel have changed in such a way as to ensure equal and fair treatment of our members but also transparency. 
Some of these procedures will be applied only during summer or winter period, while the other ones focus on both periods. 
 
1. OPERATING PERIODS
The operating periods have been fixed as follows:

Winter period
1st January – 31st May
1st October - 31st December 

Summer period
1st June – 30th September 
 
2. ROOMS PRICES
The charges for the current year to stay and be provided any services are stated in detail under the link Charges.

3. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS  
All the applications should be faxed to +357 22678382.

4. DURATION OF STAY
All the applications for the summer period should focus on a stay between 3 and 7 nights.
The arrival / departure days are not prefixed.

Applications to stay less than 3 nights will not be considered unless there is availability of apartments after having considered the regular applications. 
During the remaining period of the year, the colleagues may be lodged as many times as they wish and for an unlimited duration, provided there are available rooms. 

Finally, staying at the Hotel Apartments Complex during the winter period does not affect the applicants’ right to benefit from staying at the Hotel Apartments Complex during summer period too, as they are two distinct periods. 

5. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE HOURS
The arrival hour is fixed after 14.00 while the departure hour is fixed before 12.00, in order that the Hotel cleaning staff may be able to clean and get the rooms ready for the coming guests.  

During winter period the above hours may be extended, following consultation with the Hotel administration provided it can be done after considering the bookings. 

6. APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS
During winter period, the applications are approved as per a priority order according to the submission date of the applications in relation to the dates and the number of the stay days as applied.
During summer period, a specific procedure will be followed, which will be announced through the TETYK circulars accordingly. These circulars can be found under the link Circulars.


7. PAYMENTS (VALID FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD ONLY)
The colleagues will be updated about the prepayment amount that they need to settle either by crediting the TETYK LTD accounts kept in all the commercial banks or with their credit visa card, always in consultation with the ETYK, upon receiving a confirmation of their bookings. 

8. BENEFICIARIES
All the ETYK’s members and their families (spouses and children) are beneficiaries of a stay at the Hotel Apartments Complex. Former colleagues, members of the ETYK may also be beneficiaries of a stay, by paying the same fees, which are valid for the members too, provided that there are available rooms.
Note: The right to use the apartments is not transferable to another person, beneficiary or not.  
 
9. ACCOMODATION OF NON BANK EMPLOYEES
Non-bank employees accompanied by colleagues may benefit from accommodation in separate rooms, no matter the period of the year, provided there are available rooms, which the colleagues, members of the ETYK will not deprive of their priority right. 
 

10. CAPACITY OF APARTMENTS
The maximum number of persons who may stay in the studio apartments is three, while a 5-member family may stay in a 1-bed apartment.  
Note: accommodation is not provided to persons who have not been mentioned in the stay application initially submitted at the Hotel Apartments Complex and no approval has ever been given to.  

 11. CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations or changes brought in the already approved applications should be submitted for approval in writing timely to the ETYK’s Head Office.  
In the event of cancellations emerged after issuing the air tickets, the concerned member should pay the air tickets fees.   

12. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
The colleagues (who have booked a room in their name) should (if requested to do so) present their identity card upon their arrival at the Hotel Apartments Complex. 

13. RUNNING RULES AND REGULATIONS
The colleagues and their families should, during their stay at the Hotel Apartments Complex comply strictly with the Hotel Apartments Complex Running Rules and Regulations
